To take part in this years event please download and print out the relevant application forms shown below and return by post only to the relevant address at the bottom of the form..

Payment via pay pal using the "PAY NOW" button below.

Please Note a £1.00 Fee will be added to each booking for recorded delivery.

If the delivery charge is not added to your booking, the passes will be sent standard post.

This year Pay Pal Payments are a necessity due to problems with Cheques not being honoured from last years event.

Please ensure you read all the term and conditions stated on the application forms.

ADMISSION on the day is £12.00  per person or £10.00 in Advance , under 16's FREE ADMISSION

Approaching the paddock entrance without a vehicle pass will not be permitted, Vehicles will be directed to the public car parks  (No Exceptions !!!) !

Sales Plots:  Auto Jumble Plot =  £30.00 for a 3.0m x 3.0m (which includes 1 admission pass + 1 vehicle pass)

 Small Sales Plot   = £60.00 for a 4.5m x 4.5m  (which includes 2 admission passes + 1 vehicle pass)

 Large Sales plot   = £80.00 for a 9.0m x 4.5m  (which includes 4 admission passes + 2 vehicle passes)

The Gates will open from 7.00am to 5.00pm

Track Sessions commence at 9.00am

All Parade participants should also be on site by 12.00am

Only PASS holders can access the site via the Paddock entrance
